We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being in a highly local commercial area close to the markets and just around the corner from the tourist bus stop to Monte Alban ruins. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of Mexican traditional options and also American ones. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with local information including transportation and parking.
Nothing to be said.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing and had a great variety of traditional Mexican options to choose from. The hotel was located near popular markets and attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and could have been upgraded for a better night's sleep. The shower was a bit tricky to figure out at first, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine.
